As a child actor on television he played a kid, and friend, to Cosmo Kramer in the sitcom Seinfeld. Todd also played the title role in the family film Lloyd. Todd studied improvisation and sketch comedy writing at The Second City Los Angeles as well as The Groundlings and Upright Citizen's Brigade Theatre L.A.
