Do Ki è un ragazzo che ha vissuto più onestamente di chiunque altro come ufficiale delle forze speciali. Ma quando sua madre viene uccisa da un serial killer, trascorre i sui giorni nella disperazione. Sentendosi tradito e spezzato, Do Ki incontra Jang Sung Chul che lo assume nella sua azienda, la Rainbow Taxi. Ben lontana da un comune servizio di taxi, la Rainbow Taxi è un'organizzazione segreta che vendica vittime che non sono state protette dalla legge. Do Ki diventa un autista famoso che porta a termine vendette soddisfacenti. Nel frattempo Ha Na è un procuratore che indaga sulla Rainbow Taxi. È furiosa per il loro comportamento illegale ma allo stesso tempo e ostilità nel vedere che risolvono casi a cui la legge non può arrivare. Tra coloro che credono che la vendetta rappresenti la vera giustizia e coloro che perseguono i criminali, Do Ki è alla ricerca del vero significato della giustizia.
